Kaare Holm is a European national, he speaks English, Spanish, French, German and Danish, has worked in over seven countries and has spent over four years in each of three countries. His undergraduate business degree is in International Marketing (Export), and his master's business degree was completed internationally.

Before working as a consultant, Kaare worked in the export department of a leading equipment manufacturer with sales to over 100 countries.
